This page covers this website only. It is not the privacy policy for the Tax Genie application your practice would use, and it is not the notice your own clients receive when they complete an intake.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your practice name if you choose to give one, and your message. Nothing else is collected. This site sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you between visits or across other sites.
Who else handles it
Three providers are involved, and only these three. Cloudflare serves this website and runs the anti-spam check on the contact form. Resend delivers your message to our inbox. Your message then sits in our email system like any other email. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and no advertising or analytics provider receives anything from this site.
Your choices
Write to hello@taxgenie.com.au and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
Changes to this page
This page is reviewed whenever the contact form or its providers change. It describes what actually happens, not what a template says should happen.
