NowInfinity pricing makes most sense when you need document orders alongside ongoing company records. Choose Cleardocs for occasional registrations and deeds. Compare CAS 360 with NowInfinity Corporate Messenger when your practice manages annual reviews and ASIC lodgements for many companies.

Which Document Platform Fits Which Practice

For a few company registrations or trust deeds each year, start with a pay-per-order service such as Cleardocs. A subscription becomes a different decision when staff also handle annual statements, company changes and overdue ASIC debts.

NowInfinity separates its Documentation Suite from Corporate Messenger. That lets you buy documents on demand or combine document access with ongoing company management. CAS 360 concentrates on company records and recurring ASIC work, with company registration available inside that work.

Compare the same Australian proprietary company and the same deed type. Keep government charges separate and use one GST basis throughout your budget. A company-registration bundle is not directly comparable with an ongoing company subscription.

NowInfinity Pricing and What a Company or Deed Costs

NowInfinity has two document purchase routes: pay-as-you-go orders and a document subscription. Its Documentation Suite includes company establishments, discretionary trust deeds and SMSF documents. Those are separate jobs, so count each type in your expected annual orders.

NowInfinity’s Document Plan charges a discounted amount per document under a 12-month agreement. Billing runs monthly in arrears for actual usage. The Doc 20 Plan has a minimum commitment of 20 legal templates. Additional documents use the same per-document rate.

Unused documents expire at the end of the term without carry-over or credit. An unmet commitment creates a shortfall charge at the same per-document rate. ASIC fees, merchant fees and optional printing, stamping and legal services sit outside the document rate. Ongoing register products are separate. Plans renew for another 12-month term unless cancelled before renewal.

Corporate Messenger has separate per-company annual pricing, with an initial minimum company purchase. Its job is recurring company administration. NowInfinity describes annual statement automation, ASIC forms, debt reporting and bulk company changes, with a history for each company.

Choose the document service when your workload is ordering deeds. Choose Corporate Messenger when your practice manages company records under its ASIC agent number. If you need both, compare the combined arrangement with separate purchases, including document usage limits and extra services.

Cleardocs for Company Registrations and Trust Deeds

Cleardocs is a Thomson Reuters document service with company registrations, trust deeds and deed changes sold as product orders. Its company-registration page separates the service fee from the ASIC fee and adds a non-refundable KYC charge for each party. Optional printing and delivery cost extra.

You complete its online questions, save an unfinished order if needed, pay and download the documents. Cleardocs lodges the company application as a registered ASIC agent. You receive the certificate and constitution, plus supporting consents. Share documents and establishment instructions complete the company pack.

A discretionary trust order includes its deed and trustee consent, with instructions for establishment. Corporate trustees also receive related minutes. Arrange execution by the relevant parties and payment of the settled sum. Follow the document’s signing and witnessing requirements before treating it as executed.

Cleardocs lists trustee changes and particular deed variations as separate products. Select the change that matches the existing deed. For ongoing annual reviews, assess a company-management service separately from the registration order. Cleardocs’ setup package and CAS 360’s company subscription pay for different work.

CAS 360 Pricing and BGL’s Company Secretarial Software

BGL CAS 360 is company secretarial software for practices maintaining company records and handling ASIC work. BGL publishes Australian per-company annual pricing, with an initial minimum of 25 companies and five-company purchase increments thereafter. Monthly billing is also available.

CAS 360 handles annual statement downloads, comparison with company records and delivery of the annual review pack. Alerts cover document deadlines and company debts. Staff can send client reminders, maintain company documents and register companies.

BGL states that ASIC lodgement and document receipt require a valid EDGE ID and password. An ASIC portal login is a different credential. Resolve your ASIC registered agent access before moving the portfolio.

Choose CAS 360 when the central job is recurring company secretarial work. Compare it with Corporate Messenger on annual reviews, company changes and debt follow-up. Choose NowInfinity’s combined services when repeated deed orders also influence the decision. Budget the document work alongside the company subscription in either case.

Law Central is a document shop with family trusts, SMSF deeds and company documents. Its catalogue distinguishes company packages with electronic lodgement from document-only packages. It also lists particular trust and constitution updates. After payment, documents arrive by email and remain in the account for retrieval.

Choose Law Central when you want to purchase a specific document and manage its execution yourself. Read the selected product’s contents before ordering, particularly where lodgement is a separate choice.

GlobalX’s Australian pages now carry Dye & Durham branding. GlobalX Search supplies company and business information, with current and historical ASIC extracts available through its information services. It suits practices that need searches for entity checks or client files. Treat an ASIC search and a new-company registration as separate jobs when defining the order.

Legal Consolidated is a law firm with online company, family trust and SMSF documents. Its company package includes the ASIC fee, certificate and ACN, with a constitution, registers, minutes and consents. Its catalogue also lists family trust updates. Choose it when a law-firm document package and related document assistance suit the client’s matter.

From a Registered Company or Signed Deed to an Onboarded Client

A company registration or deed order finishes only part of the new-client job. Read the deed against the client’s intentions before signature. Confirm the trustee and beneficiaries, with the appointor and any restrictions that affect the intended use. Use the trust deed checklist for that review.

For a registered company, put the following records in the client file:

  • ASIC certificate of registration and ACN.
  • Constitution or the recorded choice of replaceable rules.
  • Company register, share records and officeholder consents.
  • Registered office details and relevant address consent.
  • Corporate key when ASIC sends it, held with restricted access.

ASIC explains the registration steps and resulting records in its guidance on registering a company. The corporate key can arrive separately, so its absence from the initial download does not mean registration failed.

For a signed trust deed, retain the executed deed and evidence that the settled sum reached the trustee. Record the trustee’s details and any corporate trustee’s ACN. Keep the duty assessment or endorsement where required. Assign someone to finish any outstanding duty work.

Record these details straight away, then arrange the entity’s TFN application and ABN application where the entity is entitled to one. The steps for registering a company and family trust setup guide cover the separate setup tasks.

Tax Genie’s entity registration form gathers what your practice needs for a company, trust, partnership or business name. Your practice uses the chosen registration or document service for its supported lodgement and document jobs. Staff can reopen specific sections for client changes. Corrections record who changed what and when.

For the client handover, Tax Genie sends approved details into your tax software and Xero Practice Manager after a field-by-field review. Completed documents can be filed to the practice’s supported document service. Collection, correction records and handover stay together as the practice moves from setup to ongoing client work.

Questions to Settle Before You Choose a Platform

Settle the operating requirements alongside the annual budget. Ask each provider these questions before selecting the service:

  • Ask whether your practice needs its own ASIC registered agent number and EDGE credentials, or the provider lodges the registration.
  • Ask which deed changes are supported, including changes to deeds bought elsewhere.
  • Establish who arranges execution and witnessing, and which documents support electronic signing.
  • Confirm which state or territory’s duty rules apply, and whether the service arranges assessment or stamping.
  • Require an explanation of how you download documents, company records and history when leaving.
  • Get the order limits, minimum company purchases and renewal terms in writing.

Duty work needs its own owner. Revenue NSW explains when a declaration of trust attracts duty. Determine the relevant revenue office for the actual deed and property before ordering a stamping service.

Build a typical-year budget using your expected company registrations, new deeds and deed updates. Add the companies you manage throughout the year, including any minimum purchase. Include party checks and extra services, then add government charges separately. Choose the service that covers that work at an acceptable annual cost, with the records your practice needs to keep.
